The Legacy Financial App, LLC is the World’s 1st automated debt snowball and/or debt blizzard (debt snowball plus debt avalanche) calculators that use real-time banking data with or without additional manual entries to provide the user with a debt-free date (month/year) that is significantly reduced by 55-65% less than normal predictive models while saving on average an estimated 40-60% in interest payments as well. These calculations assume a constant monthly payment for the total duration and will continuously update based on daily refreshes of real-time banking data and monthly refreshes of manual entry data, to include new debt, and/or other expenses incurred during the payoff period. The results provided are real-time based on actual banking data and the accuracy of the information provided in the manual input fields. The Legacy Financial App Payment Optimizer should not be used as a sole basis for making financial decisions even though we do provide a wealth of information on a variety of topics, including financial literacy and financial stewardship.

If any conflict exists between any provision of these Terms of Use and any applicable statute, law, regulation of ordinance, the latter will prevail, but in such event, the affected provision of these Terms of Use will be modified or limited only to the extent necessary to bring it within such legal requirements.
No failure on the part of Legacy Financial App LLC to enforce any part of these Terms of Use shall constitute a waiver of any of Legacy Financial App LLC’s rights under these Terms of Use whether for past or future actions on the part of any person. Neither the receipt of any funds by Legacy Financial App LLC nor the reliance of any person on Legacy Financial App LLC’s actions shall be deemed to constitute a waiver of any part of these Terms of Use. Only a specific, written waiver signed by an authorized representative of Legacy Financial App LLC shall have any legal effect whatsoever.
These Terms of Use are in addition to, and do not override or otherwise modify or supersede, the terms and conditions that apply to the products or services offered by this cell phone application and other companies through this cell phone application.
